Sam Dunn is an Illustrator based in east London. She grew up in Hartlepool, a fading seaside town in the far north east of England and spent her weekends exploring the dense forests of the Lake District National Park.
Her work is delicately crafted by hand with pen and ink then coloured digitally with many layers of found and forged textures, aiming to preserve the warm and tangible appearance of traditional media.
When she isn’t drawing, Sam enjoys riding her bike, drumming and adding to her unnecessary collection of baseball caps.
